Our high quality huts are beautifully built, they have various uses and have been delivered countrywide. Used as spare rooms, letting rooms or offices they are supremely adaptable spaces.

The light and airy structure of this hut particularly lends itself to a beautiful garden retreat or an artist studio/hobby room or as a therapy room (work unit) Fully insulated in the roof, walls and floor keeps the hut warm and toasty ensuring all year use.

Features of this Hut

External- 5.0m long x 2.15m wide x 3.15m high plus the draw bar. Internal - 4.6m long x 1.95m wide x 2.15m high.

Fully insulated floor, walls and roof. Double glazed windows and doors.

24" cast iron wheels (made here in Brixham) , steel axles on solid oak chassis and steerable turntable and draw bar.

Cladding is galvanized corrugated sheeting painted light grey. Joinery is white painted inside and out. Walls inside are 'Almond white'.

Wired with 3 x 13amp double skts, 2 x internal light fittings and 1 x LED outside floodlight. Powered from a 16amp caravan style hook-up. (We provide an NIC certificate )

Tanalised timber access steps.

You can add any extras that you would like such as a woodburning stove cupboards, shutters, foldaway table, pull-out bed or kitchen units (see gallery below) Contact us and we would be happy to give you a price and lead time on any additions.

The wheels, axles, turntable and drawbar are specially cast by a Dorset foundry

All of the timber is supplied by FSC approved sources

Internal dimensions are 13'5" x 6'8"x 7'2" plus the drawbar and steps.

The electrical wiring is installed and signed off by a qualified electrician( Certification will be supplied) and is powered from a 16amp caravan style 'commando' lead.

All our huts are built to the highest standard with purpose made joinery and premium quality materials and attention to detail. Bespoke furniture can be added or use freestanding furniture as illustrated

Planning Consent

Under most circumstances, planning consent is not neccessary for a shepherds' hut, but we would recommend that you check with your Local Authority.

Delivery

Delivery can be arranged for anywhere on mainland UK at an extra cost for which we will gladly obtain a quotation
